Door County, Wisconsin
Town-Center-Addition-Copy

Hugging the shores of Green Bay, the Town of Gibraltar greets its visitors with a welcoming smile. Settled at the base of a cliff, the heart of the Town is the village area of Fish Creek featuring a delightful mix of the old and the new.

White buildings, many of which tell the story of the town’s beginnings, stand tall along the tree lined streets. Sailboats glide through the blue waters near the town docks as sea gulls float overhead.

Fish Creek offers a little of something for everyone. A host of restaurants offers the visitors everything from fine dining with white linen to the traditional Door County fish boil.

Historical walking tours guide visitors along winding paths past buildings dating from the town’s birth. Relaxed shopping is available at the many quaint stores with a wide variety of merchandise. Lodgings in and around Fish Creek offer the visitors everything from historical bed and breakfasts to fully equipped motels.

With new adventures in each new season, our community has something to delight everyone. The Town of Gibraltar’s countryside offers many opportunities for the nature enthusiast, while the nearby state parks feature camping, hiking, biking, and regular programming and special events.

The Town has been preserving local history with the Noble House Museum and preserving green space with the purchase and development of Fish Creek Park.
